Praise the Lord for Fridays! We need a weekend.

We will probably be spending most of the weekend editing wedding footage, editing photos and learning the new flash we just got for our camera. It is so complicated. Just when I had my canon rebel (non-digital) camera all figured out we buy a brand new Canon digital camera will all the bells and whistles and now I feel like I’m back to ground zero (well, not completely, but almost). I’m slowly learning, but I need to get better b/c I am now the new assistant photographer for my dear friend Allison Morgan (check out her website at allisonmorganphotography.com). We both are shooting our first wedding Dec. 9!!!! Sure, I’ve taken a lot of photos at wedding since we film weddings, but Ally and I have never done this alone. It should be fun! I’m sure we will be panicking and laughing all at the same time.
So to get some practice in, last night I did a photo shoot of my 9 month pregnant sisso, Kate. She is due in 2 weeks. My new niece still remains nameless…Not b/c they aren’t telling anyone, but b/c they can’t decide on a name. So, if anyone has some great girl names, please share with us. Be on the lookout for the preggers pics of Kate. I will post them this weekend. (They need a little touch up before I show them to the world)
