I can’t believe it is almost here. This week is my last week working for the magazine New Homes Guide. It has been a wonderful experience. (I can’t believe it has been 2.5 years!) They have been such a great company to work for and so understanding of my business, but it is time to fully commit to the business. I don’t feel like I’m completely leaving though, b/c my sister Alison took my place. So, I’ll still be in touch with all of them. I truly feel so blessed. When I was in college I had always said to myself that one day I wanted to work for a Ad Agency and a Magazine and I got to do both. I have learned so much from both jobs and I feel so grateful.

I’m thrilled that I’m going to be a full time Professional Organizer. I love it. I get so excited thinking about it. I feel blessed that the business has taken off and can’t wait to see where it goes. God keeps bringing new opportunities into my life through the business and it has all been so exciting.

Enough about me and more about my precious niece, Victoria. She is gorgeous. She gets prettier every day. She does have jaundice and may have to go back to the hospital for 24 hours. So please pray that it heals itself quickly.

I can’t get enough of her. She is just precious and it makes me so excited for our little one to come. She is so tiny, but boy does she show attitude when she gets her diaper changed. I’m hoping that once I have a baby, my motherly instinct will kick in, b/c I think I got an “F” in diaper changing today. She totally peed when I took her diaper off which resulted in then having to take all her clothes off and she screamed the whole time. But as soon as you put her diaper on, she immediately stopped crying and quickly went back to sleep.

These photos are from today! I was wrong about the curly hair…it was just messed up when she came out so we all thought it was curls, but after her bath it doesn’t look so curly…but who knows, maybe she will still have curls.

She is precious. I saw her this morning and she poops and eats like crazy so she is doing just fine. When I was changing her diaper, I got to check out her adorable little body and she has her auntie, mom, and gram’s thighs…we can already tell. And look at those cheeks, aren’t they so cute!

She is FINALLY HERE!!!!

Victoria Rose was born on Tuesday, Dec. 12 at around 8:35pm weighing it at 8lbs 2oz and 19 inches long. She is just beautiful…well, you can see for yourself. She has dark hair that appears to be curly (aww, like her auntie) and I think she looks just like Kate. She is so precious and was so alert. Anyone who would hold her she would look right at… it was amazing. She seems to be such a good baby. She only cried when she first came out and other then that, she seemed to be very content. Enjoy more pictures along the sidebar.

The countdown begins. Kate is getting induced today. She was supposed to get induced at 8:00 am this morning, but an emergency happened at the hospital and they told her she has to wait till that situation gets taken care of. Poor Kate, she has had to do a lot of waiting. But it will happened today or early tomorrow morning. I have my camera ready and will be heading to the hospital later on today and probably will be parked there all night until my niece comes.

The sad thing is everybody is sick. Josh, my nephew, has bronchitis and an extremely high fever, Matt has been coughing and Seth also has been coughing up a storm. So half of the family is sick and probably can’t hold the new addition.

Pray for Kate today that everything goes well and she has a healthy baby!
