Abel has yet another darling girl friend to have play dates with. Olivia Meadows was born on Sept. 12, 2007 to our dear friends, Troy & Tara. We got together a few weeks back and I had the privilege of taking her 6 week portraits. For being only 6 weeks old, she did amazing. Here is a little peek at our shoot.

Abel woke up from his nap during the shoot, so of course we had to stick them on the couch together. How cute are they together? Just look at her sweet smile as she sleeps.

As always, Abel with his month open and drool pouring out. I swear, he smiles all the time, but when the camera comes out…this is the face we capture 90% of the time.

Thank God for the exersaucer. This has been a lifesaver. Abel is a bit of a wild little man when he is in there. You can see for yourself. I hope it brings a laugh to your day.

I’m a little behind on posting these, but better late than never. We had a great time seeing Shauna and meeting her boyfriend Gabe’s wonderful family.

This is what happens when you put me and my college girlfriends together for a weekend.

Let’s just take a closer look at this photo.

1) Notice the bowl of chocolate sitting on the coffee table

2) We are all drinking Diet Pepsi like it is being discontinued

3) Check out the large bowl of queso cheese sauce (and yes, we finished it within mere minutes)

We have been gathering around eating chips and salsa/queso and drinking Diet Pepsi since our college days. It is our tradition. I never drink Diet Pepsi except when I am with them. I never eat late at night except when I am with them. I never stay up till 2am except when I am with them. AND I never laugh so hard in my life…except when I am with them.

Carolyn was so sweet and bought Abel the most hilarious gift. If you know Carolyn, this is so her. How funny is this!
