7 Month Photo Shoot

Is there a “World’s Cutest Baby” contest going on where I can enter this photo?

I am finally posting his 7 month photos. These were taken a few weeks ago, but better late then never… RIGHT? The problem with being a photographer is that we are always working on SOMEONE else’s photos and barely have time to take or edit our very own photos of our son. (which is why these are coming to you late.)

Thankfully, Abel loves the camera now. He smiled the whole time. Because these photos are TOO CUTE for words, I just have to post a ton of them…I didn’t think you all would mind. Enjoy our handsome guy!

Great job, Julie! I’m curious, did you work with someone else who got him to smile while you clicked away? These are very good! I want to know your secret!

I did these by myself. (Seth did help me fix them up though) Abel just loves to smile so he makes for a very easy target. I put him on the backdrop and he just started smiling and laughing away…almost like he knew it was his time to shine.

I have a few secrets, one being an amazing camera and len and my other secret is that we edit them in a program called Lightroom and/or Photoshop. (And I do have a few years of photography classes thrown in there, so I guess that always helps.)

Abel couldn’t be any cuter! I LOVE them….and can’t wait to see that little one again soon.

Maybe when Sophie’s 6 or 7 months you can come do another photo shoot with her! She totally smiles for the camera now, it is hilarious. When she sees the flash her whole face lights up!

Is that Josh’s old vest? He is the CUTEST little BOY ever (well 7 month old- Josh is the cutest 7 year old and Victoria is the cutest little girl ever) Hey how about a photo shoot with my kids. You are WAY better and cheaper:) then the picture people. Let me know when we can come over for V-Day pictures! LOVE you and my Abey-baby aka tankie so much!

Are you KIDDING me? I love the one where he’s pointing to his chest – like “are you talkin to me?” i can’t even handle this kid. oh wait, i see kate already pointed this fact out, but i’m glad we share in his little baby attitude! yay.

OH and by the way, there IS a worlds cutest baby contest – check into regis and kelly. I swear they’re having some competition on the cutest baby.

ADORABLE!!!! I especially love the first one. Chloe has that same blanket in cream and she is obsessed with it, can’t sleep with out it and I am scared to death of losing it…she officially has a sleep crutch!

Love them! The first one just put a huge smile on my face. Is he starting to grow hair? He’s not looking so bald anymore. Great job on the photos.
