As Abel gets older, I see the little boy in him come out more and more each day. He is a ball of energy, loves to get dirty and is getting pretty daring (which scares his momma).
One of his favorite activities is to pull himself over the ottoman and tumble over it. He does it over and over again and each time I try not to panic. I can’t believe he is already doing things like this. I know this is just the start of his many daring adventures that are sure to give me mini heart attacks. Moms of boys: Don’t tell me your ER stories of how you had to rush junior to the hospital because of some daring activity he attempted that didn’t end well. I don’t need more to worry about. I already worry, but of course you faithful readers out there already know I am a worry wart.
So here he is in action. (Don’t you just love those Long Johns!)
Very focused
Look at the height on those back legs!

This is the last one I got. I didn’t get the crash landing since I panicked and hurried to make sure he was ok…and Thank God he was.

Oh, and don’t forget to send a caption for the post below.

which i’m sure will happen — but what can you do??!! whew, it’ll be a long 18 years!!!

That is so funny! Abel is such a boy! It’s really in their blood to do those things. We’ve had our share of scary moments but no hospital visits, thank God. Jacob wants to catch spiders these days, as in pick them up and befriend them.
