This is what happens when you don’t open the Christmas presents fast enough…


My posts were lacking in December, so I thought I would start ’09 off with a post.

I’m starting off the New Year’s EXHAUSTED! We rang in 2009 with my sister and her husband and our good friends Matt & Robin.

We had a blast staying up late and playing poker, however, Abel has been getting up at 5:30am for the past week so needless to say I only got 4 hours of sleep and I want to vomit. I’m so tired!

Boston was grand. (Sadly, the horrific ice storm they got a few weeks ago destroyed so many trees and many families were without power for over a week. Trees fell on houses and cars and everything looked so different up there.)

But we always have such a great time spending time with Seth’s family. They spoil us when we are there by letting us sleep in and always having a ton of food. I was even able to work while I was up there and finish a big photo project.

Abel was a blast this Christmas! It was so fun seeing him get excited about his new toys. Pictures and more to come, bur for now I need to try and keep my eyes open and play “monster trucks” with Abel.
