Happy Birthday to my hubby!

This is a day late.

I’m terrible!

I couldn’t even talk to my husband on his birthday. How sad is that? He was working all day and doesn’t get good reception down there. It made me sad that I couldn’t hear his voice and tell him Happy Birthday.

I can’t wait to join him. I need to be with him. Some tough things are going on this week that I’ll probably share in the upcoming weeks.

Happy Birthday, Babe. You mean the world to me!

(One of my favorite pictures of him.)

Our first picture ever taken together. Have we really aged that much in 7 years?

Wow….how much more will we change in another 7 years together?

Love you Seth!

Did you know?

I’M GOING TO THE BAHAMAS IN FOUR DAYS!!! And not just the Bahamas….the ATLANTIS!!!!!!

Oh yes, it’s true!

I honestly haven’t had much time to think about it. Life has been BUSY BUSY BUSY! Why do I always feel like I say that?

Thanks to Seth’s company, my in-laws and parents, Seth and I get to spend ALONE time in the Bahamas!!!!  At first it didn’t look like I was going to be able to go, but after some convincing from our parents, a rush on my passport and the in-laws willing to make the drive down here to watch their grandson, we pulled it off!!!!

Seth is already there on a business trip. People laugh when we tell them Seth has a business trip in the Bahamas, but it’s true and honestly he will work harder then ever. He puts in around 16+ hours a day on this annual business trip. It’s madness and thankfully, his client chose the ATLANTIS this year. After the madness of the business stuff, I can join him! WOOT WOOT!!!

And here’s a sneak peak of what’s been keeping me busy.

This is a bit late, but better late then never.

Our church puts on an amazing Fall Carnival every year. If you live in the area, please come next year. Your kids (and you) will love it!

Enjoy pics of my crazy family and my very cRaZy child!

Isn’t this what Halloween is all about?

First piece of candy of the night…..

Abel has a “natural sugar high” all the time, but give him sweets and he is OUT OF CONTROL!

He was break dancing by the end of the night…and you think I’m joking.

The annual family group shot. (Matt and Tia were home sick…boo hoo) Notice Abel chomping away on his candy.

There is probably about 50 games to play. The kids go crazy.

Seth was not amused that I ask to take his picture again.

Let’s talk about how those eyebrows made us late, but they do make the costume.

My parents out do themselves every year. My mom has the time of her life shopping for Halloween accessories.

The best buds: Ironically, both of their aunts bought them the same skeleton costume.

Clearly, Owen was on a sugar high too.

Patti and Winston are some of my parent’s best friends. Would you believe she threw my mom’s baby shower for her when she was pregnant with me! They are like another set of parents to me.

His face looked like this by the end of the night.

Let’s just say Seth and I were exhausted by the time we got home, but little man was literally jumping off his bed.

Oh, I love Halloween…

Senior Portraits

So we’ve decided to branch off and add Senior portraits to our photography services. I’ve been thinking about it for awhile and thought Seniors might be a fun change. They can actually understand me, unlike babies, they will listen, unlike children, so I thought it might be fun.

When we were in Boston, my MIL ask if we could take Jordan’s Senior pictures and we thought it would be good practice since we were thinking about adding Seniors to our list of photography subjects. We didn’t have much time (as we needed to get back for the surprise party) but in about 15 minutes we managed to pull off a great shoot.

My brother in-law Jordan couldn’t be cuter! Right after we photographed him I got 3 calls to do Senior portraits (and we hadn’t even advertise for Seniors yet).
