500 POSTS

Way to go Mama Juju!

I’ve hit 500 posts! I started this blog 4 years ago when I was just a few weeks pregnant with our little man.

I know I have a good amount of readers, so leave me some love by telling me how long you have been following my blog.

To celebrate 500 posts, here are my kids….the reason I started this blog in the first place.

Our little super hero. He ties his “blankie” around his neck as his cape…because he is a Super Hero and he can fly, ya know. We had an disagreement the other day because he wanted to “fly” off the couch. He couldn’t understand why I was telling him no, because in his mind he can fly!

And I thought this girl was going to be my quiet, shy one. Turns out I was wrong. She is an EXTREME people person and very alert. (They must get it from the Italian in me!) She just wants someone to look at her and talk to her. If so, she smiles and coos all day long.

She also furrows her brow often, like she is really trying to understand what you are saying.

Sage had a major growth spurt so she had to get a new brace. As you can see, she isn’t phased at all by this massive contraption. Love this girl!

Hmmm…when did we meet at Care Net…2008? So that’s 2 years for me. Glad you’re loving cloth! It only gets easier!

Congrats on 500 posts! I started following you right after you had Abel…3 years ago. WOW! Carolyn sent me your link and I’m so glad she did. I’ve really enjoyed watching your sweet family grow.

I thought about Sage today in this training that I’m at for work. We’re learning about car seats for children for special health care needs and they were talking about Hip Dysplasia in infants. I was wondering if you had to make any special accomodations for her travel with the brace on.

Congrats! I’ve been around since the beginning. :) We love keeping up with what’s going on in your lives and watching your adorable little ones grow up even though you’re not nearby.

Looking forward to seeing you this weekend!

WOW!! 500…what dedication!! I am very thankful for that dedication!! I would have no idea what’s been going on in our sweet friends lives without it!!I have been reading since the beginning and have loved it all! Thank you for sharing so much of yourselves and God’s work in your lives…what a testimony to Him!!

Love the many faces of Abel! And of course Sage is always a cutie. Let’s see, I’ve been following you since that day you yelled at me across the road in the neighborhood! And thank goodness you did–it’s been great having a friend just up the street!

Yay! Congrats! 500 post. I’ve been following you since the beginning, too. Love Nickerson News, and looking forward to many years of news in the future.

Great to see you and the kids the other night, and THANKS again for dinner. The thought and effort were wonderful and the food was delish! Will keep you posted on Mirabel’s status.

I’ve been following you since the beginning, thanks to your mother-in-law Brenda. I’ve enjoyed cheering you on through triumphs, and praying for you during difficult trails. You’ve been inspiring thru it all!! Congrats and keep blogging!!

Thanks Julie for 500 blogs. I think I’ve seen and responded to almost all of them. And I appreciate all you effort and time. When I was able to see Sage this week end for the first time….I felt as if I already knew her because of the blog. It was so wonderful to see you, Seth, Abel and Sage. Sage is so adorable and a precious personality and smile. Love you lots, Tish/Grandma

Been with ya since the beginning :) Thanks for blogging, it’s been great being a part of your lives even though you live hours away! Love ya!

We are grateful to be able to follow your blog and stay in touch with the days and lives of our children and grandchildren. It’s so fun to see the pictures, read the stories and watch the children (and sometimes bellies) grow!
